Prestigious Travel Club was founded with a mission to serve families — not sell to them. We’re a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families escape the burden of unwanted timeshare contracts through an ethical, legal, and transparent process.

We are not a traditional timeshare exit company. Our model is mission-first. Our goal is to relieve stress, restore peace of mind, and empower families — especially those who’ve served our country or come from underserved communities — to regain financial freedom and stability.

Why We Exist

Our story began with helping military families and low-income households access affordable travel opportunities. But we quickly discovered a deeper issue: many of these same families were locked into high-pressure timeshare contracts they couldn’t use, afford, or escape.

Some were being harassed by collections while a loved one was deployed — their unpaid fees threatening their credit, their security clearance, and their future.

What started as travel support became something much bigger: a mission to break the cycle of predatory contracts and create lasting relief.

We work alongside a legal network of attorneys — including former IRS professionals, auditors, and contract law specialists — who use financial tools like CUSIP reports to help build a lawful exit strategy.

This approach allows us to challenge the structure of the contract itself, not just the symptoms of the problem.
